Facilities Administrator

Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs for the operation of the assisted living facility
Supervise staff, including hiring, training and evaluating personnel
Ensure residents' safety, health and well-being
Develop and manage a budget for the facility
Maintain records, licensures and certifications
Interact with residents and their families and other members of the health care team
Provide direction to staff regarding resident care and services

Residential Manager

Oversee the daily operations of an assisted living facility
Manage staff, including hiring, training and scheduling
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families and outside service providers
Ensure the facility is compliant with all regulations and laws
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
Develop and manage the facility budget
Maintain records and reports

Certified Nursing Assistants

Assisting patients with getting in and out of bed
Assisting patients with personal and oral hygiene
Performing basic movement exercises
Assisting in repositioning immobile patients

Monitoring food, water, and medication intake
Taking and reporting vital statistics
Monitoring and reporting any behavior, health, or vital statistic changes
Assisting patients in mobility

Facilities Cleaners

Responsible for cleaning in and around the facility
Clean up after clients and clean work area.
Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. if required.
Ensure that toiletries and supplies don’t run out of stock
